In a supportive and collaborative team, you will contribute to the delivery of seamless people processes, impactful dashboards, and predictive analytics. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will support leaders and enhance decision-making across the business.Your responsibilities will include:Leading the development and ongoing maintenance of a suite of standard HR queries and reports within our core people system, empowering leader self-service and enabling data-driven decision-making.Supporting the implementation of the People Analytics roadmap as we evolve our reporting capabilities.Collaborating with Workforce Data Analysts and the people systems team on data cleanse and validation.Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and improvement opportunities.Working collaboratively across People & Culture to help develop people analytics and reporting capability, proactively identifying opportunities to improve data quality, information, and operational reporting.Supporting people data and system projects and providing analytical and project support across the People & Culture division as required.Working with Workforce Analysts to lead the preparation of all statutory, regulatory, and industry reporting submissions and disclosures.Proactively identifying issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities within HR processes and the employee experience, and recommending solutions.About You:You are proactive, solutions-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You bring a "can-do" attitude, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively. With strong communication skills and a commitment to customer-focused service delivery, you're equally comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
