From workforce planning and talent attraction to data-driven performance, capability frameworks, exceptional employee experience, contemporary remuneration and reward models — this role is all about making bold moves to fuel growth.Employee engagement and accountability: Drive engagement and performance through innovative programs that empower our people. You’ll ensure our vibrant and inclusive culture thrives as we grow.Leadership Team collaboration: Partner closely with the executive leadership team to elevate leadership capabilities, ensuring the people strategy not only aligns with but actively drives business growth. As both a strategic advisor and operational partner, you’ll work across the team to strengthen leadership impact, fostering a culture of accountability and growth that accelerates Tiimely’s success.Organisational development: Lead initiatives that build leadership capabilities, strengthen team performance, and enhance employee growth. You will be a great facilitator and love getting up on your feet, pen in hand, to help the business design better ways of doing things.Operational excellence: Build scalable workforce models that embrace tech-enabled operations, aligning with our relentless pursuit of seamless experiences.Compliance and risk management: Oversee all aspects of compliance related to employee relations, work health and safety, wellbeing, governance, remuneration, and payroll. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.Talent Acquisition oversight: Provide leadership and support to the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract and retain top-tier talent, enhancing employer brand and streamlining recruitment practices.Board-Level influence: Shape the conversation at the highest level. Present insightful people strategies to the Board and ensure Tiimely remains a leading employer in the tech space.Culture and Purpose Champion: Advocate for and embody our company values, ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of the employee experience. Lead the charge on our B Corp improvement plan to help Tiimely be a force for good within our sound commercial boundaries.Who we are looking forYou don’t need a CPO title on your resume, but very senior and broad People and Culture leadership experience is a must.The ideal candidate will have:Extensive experience in people and performance / culture, with a strong background in leadership roles within scaling organisations.
