With over 18 years of collective experience, we are committed to delivering innovative designs, sustainable building practices, and quality craftsmanship, creating luxurious homes across metro Melbourne.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Estimator/Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurate estimating, procurement, contract administration, and site coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-End Alterations & Additions: Manage complex renovation projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing structures.Estimating (Carpentry & Building): Prepare detailed cost estimates for both carpentry and general building works.Project Setup: Oversee contracts, schedules, and comprehensive project documentation.Procurement & Purchase Orders (POs): Source materials and subcontractor services, issuing POs to ensure timely procurement and delivery.Scope to Price (STP) & Scope of Works: Develop detailed scopes of work and prepare STP for various project phases.Onsite Coordination: Collaborate closely with trades and supervisors to ensure work is executed as planned.Detailing & Defecting: Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets required quality standards, identifying and resolving defects promptly.Negotiation: Manage contracts, pricing, and variations with subcontractors and suppliers.Technology & Systems: Experience with Buildertrend or similar project management software is highly regarded.About YouProven experience as an Estimator/Contract Administrator in the residential building industry.Strong background in estimating carpentry and general building works.Expertise in managing high-end alterations and additions projects.Proficiency in project setup, procurement, and contract administration.Excellent ability to manage trades, resolve defects, and oversee site coordination.Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Why Join Us?Competitive salary & benefits package.Work on exciting, high-end residential projects.Collaborative and inclusive team culture, where your contributions are valued.Be part of a company that values quality, craftsmanship, and innovation.How to ApplyIf you're a motivated, detail-oriented Estimator/Contract Administrator with a passion for delivering high-end residential projects, we want to hear from you!
