Regional Sales Manager - East Coast - Construction EquipmentThe OpportunityReporting to the National Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manager's primary role will be to develop and manage the existing sales force within the states of NSW, QLD, VIC, SA and also expand the team in line with business strategy. The role would suit a Manager who is passionate about coaching, mentoring and supporting the team to get the best out of them.You will also be tasked with stakeholder management throughout the business, general admin such as approvals for quotes, negotiations, and making sure the team is compliant with business practices. The role includes frequent travel to your Regions NSW, QLD, VIC, SA but the Sales Manager will be based in Sydney.This is a Global company with a strong brand and product.
