The Role
HHC is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Human Resource Officer, specifically in Relief Coordinating to manage relief coordination and related duties in alignment with college requirements, with working hours from 6am to 2pm.
The successful applicant will ideally possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment, engaging with staff and the wider community to achieve optimal educational outcomes. The successful applicant will work closely with the Executive and Leadership teams to ensure that relief is strategically allocated, effective, and cost-efficient. Flexibility to adapt to project planning based on the College needs is highly desirable.
The successful applicant should have strong organisational skills to meet deadlines, maintain high standards of confidentiality, and fulfill planning and compliance requirements across various areas to enhance outcomes for both staff and students. We seek individuals with a growth mindset, capable of delivering in diverse contexts and committed to fostering the development and growth of the College, ensuring our students receive valuable educational experiences with our Relief teachers.
Experience in managing the allocation, coordination, acquisition, and development of relief teachers in a high school setting is highly desirable but not required. Additionally, experience in coordination or project management roles that demonstrate problem-solving, strategic planning, and organisational skills will be viewed favourably.
Familiarity with programs such as School Information System (SIS), SIS Cover, Saron Education Quality Teachers Assistant (SEQTA), Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) and Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
