Sydney Asset Management Permanent The Operations and Client Service Manager reports to the Head of Operations and is tasked with being the single point of contact for all client related requests for a group of clients. The successful candidate will have responsibility for providing Client Service Management and Operational support services for clients in the Alternative Unlisted assets industry including Property, Private Debt, Credit and Private Equity funds. Ideal experience will be over 5 years’ experience in an operational role, ideally Registry for unlisted assets within Asset Management, with some client facing experience or a strong desire to move into a customer facing role. Role responsibilities Be the point of contact for all client related requests for identified group of clients. Understand requirements under each client contract and ensure all obligations and deadlines are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Host quarterly governance meetings to review performance against SLA’s and other contractual requirements Identify ways to improve process efficiencies between the client & internal teams and systems including ways for the client to self service Proactively manage the day to day running of the client’s account from an operational perspective Develop a calendar of events for all clients and ensure both operations team and tech teams can deliver within SLA’s Assist in administering all aspects of the platform via online administration tools. Help reconcile bank accounts, prepare regulatory filings, and help prepare trust accounts as required. An ideal candidate for this role will have: Over 3 years in a customer success, account management or similar role, ideally within Asset Management Over 3 years experience in an operational role, ideally Registry for unlisted assets within Asset Management, with a strong desire to move into a customer facing role. Demonstrated confidence and ability to build relationships across all levels of management Organisational skills to enable the development and implementation of plans to ensure all client commitments are met and projects are delivered on schedule An ability to work autonomously with high levels of self-motivation Show a history of building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders Be able to handle shifting client priorities and deal with client feedback Have a great attitude and be a team player This is a full time role reporting to the Head of Operations. The role will pay between $110-130k base super and bonus dependent on relevant experience.
