POSITION SUMMARY
The mission of the Sales and Operations Manager is mainly to Manage operations, develop business, support local team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implement locally our Global Strategy,drive commercial activities with key customers / prospects: cutter sales (all markets)/ Lectra CAD sales / major deals requiring account management approach/ New solutions if applicable.
2. Develop and support our local team (4 people).
3. Monitor and improve the overall performance of the subsidiary.
4. Commercial activity KPIs and orders forecast in salesforce.
5. Overview the contract renewal process.
6. Overview financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis including forecasting of sales and expenses (trends) as well as providing business inputs to the finance team (Shanghai).
7. Review and sign annual accounts and financial statements.
8. Acting HR role, Processing monthly payroll in a third-party system. Oversee any employment contract topic and work safe cover.
9. Report to Regional Director, and different matrix organizations within the group weekly business review, MPR, QPR.
10. Cultivate relationships with local and international partners.
PROFILE
11. Bachelor or Master's degree in Business/sales/marketing/finance etc.
12. 5 years in managerial and / or commercial position with experience in a specific industry (SW, SAAS, industrial equipment, services…).
13. Familiar with CRM tools (Sales Force).
14. Accounting knowledge preferable.
15. Good technology / IT culture.
16. Windows Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other modern office tools: Teams, shared drive.
17. Multi-tasking: the capacity to manage multiple topics in parallel is essential to the position.
18. Problem-solving mindset: ability to find solutions and “make it happen” approach.
19. Communication and teamwork.
