Hands on Hand Therapy (NSW) is seeking an experienced Practitioner of Hand Therapy (OT/PT) to join our fabulous team in a permanent part-time role (2-3 days/week) in our Nowra clinic, available from April 2025. The opportunity to work in the Milton/Ulladulla Clinic is also an option, but not essential.
Hands on Hand Therapy has been an established private hand and upper limb practice in the Illawarra and South Coast for 20 years. Our team consists of 9 experienced Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists practicing from 5 clinics.
Our hand therapy team has more than 80 years of combined hand therapy experience and we are committed to providing only the best care for our clients. Hands on Hand Therapy has partnered with the Healthia Group, a company that offers a supportive workplace culture with educational and career growth opportunities. The successful applicant will be connected to a network of hand therapists throughout Australia.
This position is part-time - flexible hours will definitely be considered for the right candidate.
Minimum Requirements:
The right candidate will need:
* To be fully registered as an OT or PT with APHRA
* A passion for hand injuries, splinting, and hand therapy
* To be a team player who has excellent clinical reasoning, time management, and communication skills
* To have experience in hand therapy or a demonstrable interest in developing hand therapy skills through coursework
