This role is classified as Level 4 Commercial ($94,130-$104,087) under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement. The successful applicant will be offered remuneration that is commensurate with their skills and experience and in alignment with this framework.

The Role
Are you a creative and innovative strategic marketer with a passion for building brand and driving results?
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will execute key SBS Commissioned Content campaigns covering a broad range of genres including Entertainment, Factual & Sport to engage new and current audiences.
The role's responsibilities will span from strategic planning to hands-on end-to-end campaign execution, collaborating closely with our internal marketing team and other divisions. This role will required strong organisational skills and comprehensive grasp of marketing channels will drive end-to-end campaign success autonomously.
This position includes managing a direct report (Marketing Coordinator) fostering the ‘One Team’ mentality towards achieving our collective business goals.
About you
* Demonstrated strong relevant marketing experience managing complex, integrated campaigns to desired outcomes from briefing to execution. Media and/or agency experience highly regarded.
* Demonstrated strategic channel planning experience using multiple media touch points and channels.
* Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including creative teams, agency partners and other key business stakeholders to achieve high degrees of collaboration.
* Using data to inform decision-making: proficient with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and ability to quickly get up to speed on new platforms (e.g. performance dashboards).
* Strong understanding of digital channels, with significant experience working across all digital/social channels including programmatic, content marketing, search, social media, CRM platform with demonstrable results.
* Previous people leader experience is preferred.
* Well-developed organisational skills, ability to managing timelines and budgets, and effectively prioritise.
* Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments, as well as ability to escalate issues appropriately.
