About the Opportunity As Operations Director, you will drive the strategic and operational performance of PBE Rutherford, aligning the organisation's local operations with the broader vision of the global PBE Group. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal leadership role oversees key business functions, including operations, engineering, procurement, HR, and finance.
You will be instrumental in shaping the organisation's direction, inspiring a culture of accountability, and enabling teams to excel. Through a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, you will steer initiatives that enhance performance, strengthen collaboration, and deliver lasting results.
