We are searching for an IT Support Analyst to join our award-winning Sime Darby Industrial branch in Rockhampton, QLD in a permanent fulltime position. Reporting to the Desktop Support Team Lead, the IT Support Analyst's primary responsibility will be to provide quality IT Desktop support services on a daily basis for all Sime Darby Industrial users in conjunction with other IT functions which include providing Application support, Ticket Management and administration activities. Key Responsibilities : Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating to higher-level support when necessary. Maintain and support desktop, laptop, printers, and mobile devices, ensuring smooth operations for all end-users. Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software. Provide remote and on-site technical assistance and training to end-users as required. Document processes, issues, and solutions clearly and accurately for future reference. Paid parental leave options Salary continuance insurance About You: The successful applicant will demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and attributes: Degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. End-user hardware including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, Printers, meeting rooms, configuration, set-up and troubleshooting experience. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, Autopilot. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear and supportive assistance to non-technical users. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
