Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a national portfolio of motor claims and handle inbound/outbound calls efficiently.

* Maintain compliance with relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and issues.
About You:
* High level of customer service experience, preferably in a claims environment.
* Insurance knowledge or background is highly desirable.
* Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence to learn new systems and software.
* Strong attention to detail and a team player attitude.
