Our client, a leading organisation in the energy sector, is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead strategic systems projects in rural New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support business transformation projects, ensuring effective change management.
* Develop and execute change management strategies, coordinating training and learning activities.
* Align change management activities with the organisation's framework, promoting consistent practices.
* Lead projects related to emerging technologies, customer solutions, and Electric Vehicle adoption.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you require a strong background in change management and training, along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Your ability to influence and lead through change, combined with a strategic and logical approach, will be essential for success.
You should be comfortable working autonomously and under pressure.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years' experience in Change Management, ideally within project delivery.
* Proven ability to partner with stakeholders to develop and implement L&D strategies.
* Demonstrated success in delivering sustainable change.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Change Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Project Management certification/experience (desirable).
* Energy industry experience and Learning & Development certification/experience are highly regarded.
