What will your typical day look like?
Your key responsibility is to ensure Deloitte continues to build long term, successful relationships with our SAP SuccessFactors clients. As a Director, you are responsible for customer success and maintaining oversight on current engagements.
On any given day, you will be:
* meeting with your clients to understanding their ongoing solution requirements, providing client leadership & direction on internal and external interactions.
* collaborating with the Partners to maintain and build the business.
* Owning your pipeline of engagements and personal sales and revenue target.
* Contributing to the opportunity planning process.
* Contributing to the business health of the practice through the delivery of profitable engagements.
* Working across your portfolio of clients to align their organisational and People and Culture strategy to tangible activities that can deliver business outcomes.
* Ensuring that business solutions are consistent with corporate goals.
* Providing guidance and support in decision making processes between customers/business and SAP SuccessFactors project teams.
* Aligning with the Managed Service Support team to triage and oversee issue resolution.
* Liaising with client stakeholders and executives.
* Working in collaboration with the internal Quality and Risk and Legal teams regarding client commercials.

This role reports into the Partner of the practice.
Enough about us, let's talk about you
You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR technology. While you may have experience working with SAP SuccessFactors software, you will need to bring a history of establishing successful client relationships and a background in account management, sales and/or project management.
Additionally, you will have the following:
* Specialist knowledge of the HCM/and or Cloud Services marketplace and related products, customers and partners, coupled with strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of information technology practice management and account management processes.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Client Service Manager or Account Manager (experience from a variety of organisations or environments will be highly regarded).
* Demonstrable experience in managing client priorities and effective stakeholder management.
* Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Dimensions, Oracle and other HR/ERP software and services is an advantage.
* Knowledge of CRM tools.
* 5+ years of experience in information technology, systems integration, consulting or development.
* Financial literacy to manage project budgets and invoicing.
* Tertiary degree in IT or Project Management preferred.
* Exposure to project management desirable; e.g. this could be across project implementation and/or systems integration project management.
