Job Title: HR Coordinator - North Lake Powell
Lake Powell is the second largest man-made lake in the United States and serves as a major tourist destination. Every year, over two million people visit to admire its unique landscape of sandstone arches, canyons, and winding waterways.
Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator provides vital support to Human Resources and operational managers by completing daily field HR tasks and ensuring the successful implementation of HR initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize HR systems to generate reports
* Assist with tracking and administering recognition programs
* Provide data and information for investigations in partnership with HR Managers
* C Coordinate benefits programs
* Lead and coordinate annual performance reviews for front-line associates in partnership with management
* Support hiring, onboarding, and training new associates
* Connect with third-party administrators for worker's compensation, FMLA, and short-term disability leave
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources (preferable)
* Bachelor's degree (preferable)
* Strong interpersonal and planning skills
* Excellent English verbal/written communication skills
* A high level of guest service and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
* Experience managing large employee populations (desirable)
