Mentor and support junior marketing team members as they grow in their roles. Run campaigns across social media, email, and paid ads to engage and grow their audience. Keep an eye on market trends and customer behaviour to find new opportunities and fine-tune their approach. Work closely with different teams to make sure their marketing supports overall business goals. Build strong relationships with external suppliers to get the most out of our partnerships. Help drive PR strategies and communications for key projects. Handle budgets and invoices for marketing campaigns with accuracy. Coordinate the production of marketing assets like aerials, renders, and floor plans. Organise internal and external events to boost brand presence. The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Marketing Manager will have: Marketing experience in the property and building industry is a must. A proven track record of creating and running successful multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong project management and problem-solving skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with different teams. Comfortable using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a bonus. Hands-on and proactive approach to getting things done.
