Requirement Gathering & AnalysisFacilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders (Business and IS) and multiple vendors to elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements for the end to end Xecta IPM implementation. (Xecta is an integrated technology solutions provider specializing in advanced AI/ML technology combined with domain expertise. They offer digital engineering solutions in a user-friendly SaaS product, designed exclusively for the Energy Industry)Develop and maintain business process maps and data flow diagrams.Requirements document & traceability matrixGain approval and sign-off of those deliverables.Data Remediation Strategy:Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and vendors to elicit, analyse and document rules required for data quality remediation.Work with the stakeholders (Business and IS) and vendors to determine how data quality issues are to be handled, and by whom e.g. calculations within systems, logic within the vendor platforms, error reporting and manual intervention etc.Support the analysis and documentation of legacy system data strategies, including cleansing and migration needs.Document data lineage.Quality Assurance:Coordinate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria for the requirements, processes, and data quality.Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document feedback for revisions.Required Skills and Experience:Extensive experience as an IT Business Analyst on large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors and workstreams.Proficiency in business analysis frameworks and methodologies, including process modeling and requirements elicitation techniques.Ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders, managing inputs from both business and technical domains.Strong documentation skills and experience with tools for requirements and process management.Familiarity with data remediation strategies and integrations within enterprise contexts.Effective communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.An understanding of change management principles (preferred).Early to mid April start for 6 months.
