Cellar Door, Retail & Customer Service Attendant CasualLocation:Reports to:Direct Reports: N/AMain Position Objectives:Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager and working as part of the Coombe Customer Service team, this role is responsible for the delivery of customer service and sales in the Cellar Door, Terrance and Providore areas of the business. The key goals are to ensure excellence in customer service and an optimal visitor experience; to maximise the retail opportunity, particularly Coombe Farm wine sales, the promotion of the Melba legacy and to ensure all daily operations are carried out as accurately and efficiently as possible.This position requires a positive ‘can do’ attitude; a friendly demeanor; patience; a high level of professionalism; a ‘hands-on’ approach; excellent time-management; flexibility with regards to seasonal and daily trade fluctuations; some previous sales & customer service experience; and a team-focused work ethic.
