This opportunity is responsible and key to our front of house and back of house operations across our food outlets. Providing outstanding customer service, daily activities will include:Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guestsClearing and cleaning of tables after usePolishing and preparing cutleryEnsure correct COVID-Safe cleaning procedures are followedAssist in scullery as directedWork under the direction of the Catering ManagerHelp foster and contribute to a happy team environmentThis position will require availability for split shifts for lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends, and good availability through the week is a must. Our seasonal peaks run through summer from early December until February, availability during this time is essential.This position has been identified as a traineeship opportunity.
