About the Role As a Product Advisor in our Consumer Deposits team, you'll play a key role in helping to efficiently and effectively meet the needs of our customers whilst maintaining compliance and regulatory obligations. Role Location: Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne What will your day look like? As a Product Advisor, you will: Create, monitor, and refine product and pricing strategies to meet financial and growth targets. Implement continuous improvements to Consumer Deposit products, addressing customer pain points and enhancing overall value delivery. Identify and analyse product and market trends through research and data interrogation to inform strategic decisions. Lead initiatives to design effective customer value propositions, distribution channels, and programs that maximize product profitability and deepen customer relationships. Ensure all products meet Regulatory, Legal, Risk, and Compliance requirements while maintaining effective systems and processes for product distribution and servicing. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Extensive experience in product or financial management environment, with proven experience in strategic thinking, analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, initiative as a self-starter, and leadership capabilities to drive positive change. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Comprehensive understanding of Consumer Deposit products and the banking and financial industry, including principles, regulations, and market dynamics. Sound understanding of profit and loss management and balance sheet management. You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
