About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to perform various reception and administration duties.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting all guests in a welcoming and helpful manner.
* Foster strong relationships with practitioners, therapists, and staff departments to maintain a harmonious and peaceful environment.
* Develop a thorough understanding of cash register balancing, closing procedures, and stock ordering processes.
* Ensure efficient retail sales operations as required.
* Coordinate appointments for services and programs, ensuring guests are directed to the correct area.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
* Knowledge of Spa and Beauty treatments.
* Extensive knowledge of the Spa industry.
* Prior experience as a Spa Therapist or Receptionist is essential.
