Job Description
Caseload Contract Officer is a permanent, full-time role at our Rockhampton Office.
* Maintaining files and records
* Ensuring documentation and compliance for Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts
* Reviewing program targets on a quarterly basis
* Maintaining knowledge of current DES guidelines and procedures
* Ensuring evidence for claims are commented and submitted
* Maintaining evidence of mutual obligation requirements from clients
Key Responsibilities
The Caseload Contract Officer will be responsible for undertaking administration and support services to assist the employment service staff in meeting organisational, legislative and contractual guidelines.
Selection Criteria
The ideal candidate will have:
* Demonstrated administration and systems reporting experience
* A 'can do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic fun environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to consult, negotiate and problem solve
* Experience working with KPI's
* Ability to build key partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
* A valid C class driving license
* Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
