Working with a supportive manager in a great team environment you will be passionate about the service you provide to clients.
You'll have a down to earth yet professional approach when liaising with clients, ensuring all parties are kept in the loop throughout the process.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills are expected here.
The role will be a combination of growing and developing your referral partners as well as managing conveyancing files.
You will have clear success measures in place to help keep you focused to stay on track.
You will be expected to have online meetings or in-person meetings with referral partners, regular phone contact and communication with clients and no stone is unturned with the customer service quality.
The Role: Managing conveyancing files from A to Z Preparing and drafting contracts Processing contracts to settlement, ideally be proficient with PEXA Conducting searches and enquires Liaising with clients, lenders, real estate agents and other stakeholders About You: You are careful and thorough with their work, and care about the law and keeping across things as they change are precise with their work really care about high quality customer service and the client experience Able to work with minimal Supervision genuinely loves working with people and working as part of a team towards everyone's success What are the benefits?
