Job title: Paediatrics/Adults Occupational Therapist - Clinical Supervisor Working Hours: Flexible Salary: $100K to $130K per annum Location: Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, VIC Roles & Responsibilities: Our client is passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live great lives. They are looking for a motivated and dynamic Clinical Supervisor to support the leadership of their team and the ongoing development and growth of the service. This position is well suited to a candidate who is looking to progress to a senior clinical position or with relevant experience. As a Clinical Supervisor you will be: Manage a team of high performing Allied Health clinicians. Involves face-to-face, Telehealth and clinic sessions. Manage a varied caseload and provide assessment and intervention in life skills, social and sensory. Provide high-level Occupational Therapy services to participants of the NDIS that are goal orientated and person-centred. Provide mentoring and leadership to a team of Occupational Therapists. Provide clinical supervision to a team of occupational therapists. Develop programs to further improve the clinical skills of the team. Provide in-house training Develop holistic therapy plans within a multidisciplinary team and provide direct community, school based and home-based intervention and support programs. Work 1:1 and in group contexts with children, teenagers, and adults. Relevant clinical and managerial experience. 2 years experience in Occupational Therapy (Preferred). Previous experience in mentoring, supporting and supervising a team, preferably in a billable environment. Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia. You are driven, passionate and can work autonomously and as part of a team. You are adaptable and flexible, and comfortable working in a high growth business. Access to your own car and valid, non-restricted drivers’ license. Current Police Check, Working with Children Check and DWES Check.
