As an Fintech Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue target by taking a solution-based sales approach to warm small business finance inquiries. As you grow into this role you will be able to grow your own network of repeat customers who will use you as their dedicated go to for all of their asset finance needs. The ideal candidate for this role will have either had experience in a dealership, brokerage or have been a high performer in a sales team and is now looking to explore the world of finance. Daily tasks will include: Helping small business customers compare and apply for lending products. Delivering excellent service to customers. Achieving monthly revenue targets within designated KPI’s. Building & maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders. Contributing to the development of new & improved processes. Building and nurturing a book of clients to create repeat business. Acting as an ambassador of Valiant’s three core values: Be Customer Champions, Get Sht Done and Thrive in the Pride Requirements The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and transferable skills from various sales backgrounds such as retail, face-to-face interactions, phone-based sales, and both B2B and B2C environments. Hungry for progression and uncapped commissions. results driven and motivated to achieve set targets and KPI's. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Keen interest in learning about finance. Natural ability to build real, meaningful relationships with key internal & external stakeholders. Confidence to work both autonomously & in a team setting.
