responsible for providing high-level executive and administrative support to our Senior Executive Service (SES) officers and their division and/or branch more broadly, and will demonstrate excellent organisation and office management skills.Candidates will be assessed in line with the APSC's Integrated Leadership System for the APS Level 4 classification.The role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties: managing and organising the diary of the Executive, or Executives, you support.managing the processes and systems of the Branch and/or Division.assisting with workload management and prioritisation.assisting in the preparation of committee meetings and Senate Estimates hearings.providing a contact and facilitation point for staff and stakeholders.Key duties of the Executive Assistant, APS Level 4 will include: managing and organisation of the Executive/s and branch's inboxes, calendars, and appointments.managing the workflows of tasks for the Executive/s and ensuring priories and timeframes are met.maintaining processes and systems of the branch and/or division including preparation of committee meetings.organisation of travel and finance for the Executive/s.providing general administrative support to the Executive/s and their branch including distributing information, preparing meeting agendas, record keeping and tracking of correspondence.providing support to other Executives in the division when required.Eligibility To be eligible for employment in the APS and the department, candidates must be Australian
