Job Title: Program Manager - Aboriginal Health

This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
The position involves managing the development, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based and sustainable programs which maximise the health of Aboriginal populations and target groups within the Great Southern region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement and evaluate evidence-based and sustainable programs to improve the health of Aboriginal populations and target groups.
* Work with community groups to build sustainability of Aboriginal Health programs.
