We have a client in the Campers & Caravans manufacturing industry seeking a dynamic Sales Executive. This company is dedicated to crafting exceptional off-road and hybrid campers, enabling adventurers to explore Australia's stunning landscapes with confidence and comfort.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background and exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle objections and convert enquiries into sales. You will be responsible for nurturing leads from the initial enquiry, ensuring our customers find the perfect caravan to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Answer phone and online enquiries.
3. Maintain CRM system to ensure all leads are attended to.
4. Book and follow up on viewings.
5. Conduct comprehensive client handovers on pick up day.
6. Select exhibitions and trade show attendance when required.
7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
8. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
9. Work closely with administration team.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Mechanical experience is highly desirable but not essential.
6. Sound computer literacy.
