Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Services Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This role will focus on providing essential cleaning and food services to our patients, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and safe environment that supports recovery and wellbeing.
The Patient Services Assistant will work closely with the clinical team to ensure a high standard of hygiene and patient care in the unit.
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitisation of areas within the unit, assisting with food preparation and distribution, and supporting nursing staff in patient care.
Minimum Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and food services (healthcare experience preferred), a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to follow infection control and food safety standards.
Training is provided, with opportunities to work independently and as part of a team.
