About you: The Valuer-General provides independent advice and transparency in the annual valuations assessment and issuing of statutory land valuations in accordance with the Land Valuation Act 2010. Working successfully in this role, you will provide high level executive support to the Valuer-General, including management of diary and emails, multiple shared mailboxes, and allocating priorities as required. Administrative support and being responsive to stakeholder needs is a key part of this role for you, and your ability to develop and maintain administrative systems to assist the team will ensure workloads and priorities are aligned. Your experience with preparing materials for meetings and events including managing briefing materials, agenda management and following up on actions will see you thrive across event management and communications activities while working in this role. You will have an opportunity to work across many facets and general disciplines such as financial processing activities including purchasing, reconciling corporate card transactions, processing travel claims, and maintaining the gift register. You will assist with human resource, procurement and financial advice which will be supported and provided to you in consultation with local specialist HR and Finance officers. To be successful in this role, you will have had experience working in a high-profile executive office, be a great communicator and someone who delivers results under pressure. Similarly, you will display a high level of professionalism and personal integrity. This position requires: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. The ability to manage multiple complex projects and business processes. Experience in MECS, One Note, and TEAMS spaces will be highly regarded.
