Your New Role
As a Bookings and Office Support Administrator, you will handle and assist with the lodgements of Insurance claims. You will also manage daily run sheets and day board systems, as well as overflow calls and enquiries from multiple stakeholders across the business.
* Liaise with Trades where needed
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers
* Manage database records
* Order/purchase office supplies
* Perform other office adhoc tasks as required
