Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for key activities within your portfolio such as Implementation/Onboarding, Account Renewals & Expansions, Product Adoption & Relationship Management.
Qualifications and Skills Required
* Proven success in a Customer Success Manager role.
* Experience working with a high growth Software company.
* Experience advising on Change Management in large organisations.
* Proven track record of engaging with C-Suite and managing an Enterprise level client base.
