Job Overview As an HR Manager, for Perth & Learning and Development Manager, APAC, you will be reporting to the Regional HR Director, APAC.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources in the Perth office, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, while also leading learning and development initiatives across the region.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing employee skills, supporting career growth, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring continuous professional development.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to align HR and learning strategies with the organization's goals.
Oversee all HR functions in the Perth officeLead learning and development initiatives across the APAC regionFoster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement, well-being, and diversity and inclusion.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.Foster HSE and Sustainable development cultureEnsure compliance with regional labor laws and company policies while driving HR best practices across the organization.Key Skills & Experience University or Advanced degree in Human resourcesHave at least 5 – 10 years of experience in related fieldStrong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices in AustraliaProficiency in HRIS systems (Workday), learning management systems, and data analysis toolsExcellent leadership, adaptability, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to proactively manage multiple priorities and solve problemsStrong project management skillsAbility to plan and organize work tasks for efficiencyCapability to influence, initiative and drive changeWhy work with us?
