You will be the recruitment expert managing the end-to-end recruitment and assisting in the selection process, including developing recruitment strategies with stakeholders, drafting and posting adverts, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and generating contracts. You will drive a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers and create talent pipelines of quality candidates for future needs of the business. Additional duties also include supporting payroll with queries, employee engagement across site, facilitating & assisting with the delivery of initiatives, and undertaking a range of administrative tasks.About YouTo hit the ground running as our HR Officer, you will have a Certificate IV in Human Resources and/or relevant knowledge and demonstrated experience in recruitment, training, and/or generalist Human Resources services. Experience with SAP HR will be highly regarded. To achieve success in this role, you will be highly organised, have exceptional interpersonal skills, be open-minded and resilient, and be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, both employee-related and corporate.
