About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site General Manager to oversee the operations of hospitality venues in Townsville. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in multi-site management within the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive team culture across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple venues, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service and customer satisfaction
* Lead and mentor site managers, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives
* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, manage costs, and increase profitability across all sites
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, licensing, and employment laws.
* Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting teamwork, professional development, and high staff retention
* Monitor and analyse financial performance, preparing regular reports for senior management
* Liaise with marketing and events teams to promote venues and maximise occupancy for functions and events
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, local businesses, and community organisations
* Actively engage with customers and the community to enhance the reputation of the venues
Your Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in multi-site management
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
* Proven experience in driving business growth and improving financial performance
* Excellent understanding of hospitality operations, including food and beverage, customer service, and event management
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
