In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our community members.Responsibilities:Design and implement Engage Life programs, ensuring they are well-planned and executedCreate diversified recreational activities, providing sufficient supervision and supportTeach and lead exercises, promoting physical fitness and wellness among residentsFacilitate programs of interest, catering to the diverse tastes and abilities of our community membersEngage and motivate residents, encouraging participation and social interactionGreet new residents, introducing them to others with similar interests and backgroundsUtilize ARC Resident Orientation Program, Resident Interest Questionnaire, and Resident Interview Questionnaire for all new residentsCommunicate upcoming activities and maintain a current schedule of events on the bulletin boardPrepare and publish an engaging and creative monthly program calendar, incorporating community events and initiativesCultivate relationships with corporate partners and prepare positive publicity stories for local mediaCoordinate departmental needs and goals within designated parametersOrganize community resident transportation, scheduling outside events and making operational decisionsAssist in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers where applicablePlan parties and activities, decorating the community according to seasonal and holiday themesMaintain activity spaces and work areas in a clean and organized state
