The Role - Principal Insurance Adviser
The primary focus of the role is to provide a high level of service and advice to new and existing clients through personal interaction, client reviews, and education services.
Manage client workflow and complexity whilst fostering an environment of learning and development within your team, comprising a Senior Adviser, Adviser and Advice Assistant (PY).
The core of the book is 'Mums & Dads' clients but also includes affluent and some commercial clients.
As an advocate for the business, engage in the business's advice philosophy and service delivery by pro-actively supporting activities around the brand, marketing and relationship management.
Achieve agreed annual targets with upfront revenue and recurring revenue with respect to on-going advice fees, insurance fees, and client numbers.

The Person
Ideal applicants will have 8 years' experience in a client facing Insurance advice role encompassing a broad range of client types and demographics, including business clients and affluent relationships.
You will have demonstrated formal experience leading a team of Advisers, with relevant coaching and development capabilities.
You will have:
Degree Qualified
Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning
Successfully completed FASEA exam
Advanced interpersonal relationship skills, strong analytical skills and eye for detail, client service focus and a genuine desire to help others are a must. High energy levels, new client engagement skills, lateral thinking capabilities and commercial aptitude will be expected.
Remuneration
A competitive market salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate, plus performance based bonus.
Bonus paid on client retention, organic growth, client referrals and new business written, plus standard gateway and balanced scorecard measures, compliance, client satisfaction, team work, personal development.
