Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with extended administrative support contacts and personal and business contacts to ensure seamless coordination across various schedules and moving parts. Provide scheduling and calendar management by personal booking appointments, travel logistics, dining reservations, and household-related tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Execute personal errands throughout the DMV area with a humble, customer service mindset. Coordinate events and special occasions, arranging important details such as catering, décor, and invitations. Oversee household management and household supply ordering, working with external vendors and managing an organized tracking system.
