About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a Business Improvement Advisor (Stream Lead) to join our esteemed client's team, based on site. This position is FIFO from Perth on a 5:2, 4:3 roster for a 3-6 month duration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement productivity improvement plans to drive sustainable value.
2. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to execute improvement initiatives effectively.
3. Ensure compliance with standardized processes, systems, and tools.
4. Provide guidance and technical support for productivity enhancement.
5. Monitor and report on resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
6. Maintain metrics, reporting standards, and integrate outcomes into planning.
7. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate project success.
Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in business improvement or productivity enhancement.
2. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Teams.
3. Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of the team.
4. Problem-solving experience (PPS, Kaizen) is a plus.
5. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to site.
