The role has an emphasis on engaging staff with developing and improving their practice as well as supporting graduate and early career teachers and new staff to the College. The Director of Professional Learning and Development leads the work of the Pedagogical Coaches to embed a culture of expert teacher practice.The successful applicant will be a registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. A full-time ongoing teacher contract is offered with this appointment.
