OverviewThis is a 12-months contract role.
This role is responsible for end-to-end planning for salts raw materials by issuing and monitoring the POs and also scheduling the salts production lines in order to achieve the planned FG delivery schedule, right level of inventory with the optimum cost.
ResponsibilitiesRM Planning Analyze SAP purchase requisitions and convert to POs on a timely basis for Salts.Manage exceptions such as expedites, postponements, or cancellations.Be the data owner for these materials.Daily interaction with Production Planners, quality, receiving, and freight forwarders to provide updates on raw material availability.Management of POs relating to vendor direct items and full process from PO creation until confirmation of shipment; and coordination of internal activities.Responsible for providing feedback for New Product Introduction via e-ICE maintenance for common materials.Ensure accuracy and maintenance of Safety Stock and raw materials planning master data.Meet key inventory and material planning metrics.FG Production Planning Analyze SAP planned orders and convert to Process Orders on a timely basis for Dry Components.Develop detailed production schedules by work center in line with capacity capabilities.Optimize the use of resources to support efficient manufacturing operations and minimize potential bottlenecks.Create and release Process Orders on SAP in line with the production plan for all manufacturing, filling, and rework orders.Determine and communicate Customer Order confirmation dates and quantities according to the normal lead time.Active participation in production meetings with the PGCS SG and 3PL.Identify, manage, and coordinate rework opportunities.Provide accurate and timely feedback in relation to Inventory in Risk (MIRA).Lead and implement projects for inventory optimization and process improvements.Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance and collaborate with the procurement team to resolve supply issues.Meet all internal and external compliance responsibilities including Purchasing Policy requirements, GCS, SOX & AIBI.Adhere to all PepsiCo Health & Safety requirements.Perform any other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.Identify and manage opportunities to optimize SAP functionality.Maintain Materials Dashboard KPIs which include PO management, RM shortage, Order Acknowledgement, SOH vs Safety, Shelf life, and RM availability.Qualifications1.
Education or Professional Certifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory or Materials Planning, or Production Planning.2.
Experience At least 5 years of experience in a related Supply Chain or Operations role, particularly in raw materials planning.Strong operational experience in a dynamic multinational organization.Experience working closely with third parties and colleagues in remote locations to deliver business objectives is an advantage.Experience in FMCG is a plus.3.
Knowledge and Job Skills Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks.Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments.Possess knowledge of SAP MM module.Knowledge of other SAP modules will be an advantage.Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and Excel.Power BI knowledge would be an advantage.4.
