You could be one of our new casual Early Childhood Educators (unqualified), for Lunch and annual leave cover, ready to release your early years education passion, playing a crucial role in the education and social development of our children. But let’s cut to the chase. Why join The Y? Check out your groovy perks below.
Your groovy perks:

What you’ll be doing:
If you live local, you might know our Bunbury Early Learning Centre in Glen Iris, nestled close to the beach? At the start of your day, you’ll walk pass our award-winning nature escape including a veggie patch, catch up with your fabulous colleagues (& your favourite little ones), thriving with play and learning. You’ll be encouraging them to grow socially, emotionally while instilling a love for learning. Your Room Leader will work with you to develop individualised programs while maintaining developmental records and keeping parents informed.
