This role ensures all creative materials align with brand guidelines, enhance user engagement, and drive campaign success across both paid and organic channels.You'll collaborate closely with the Content Strategist, Paid Media Strategist, and Social Media Coordinator to deliver high-quality visual content that enhances messaging and performance.Responsibilities:Creative Development & Asset Creation:Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels.Develop organic social media assets, including carousels, stories, and static/motion posts.Create landing page designs and graphics to support lead generation efforts.Produce video content and animations to enhance video marketing strategies.Use data and performance insights to refine creative assets, conducting A/B tests on visual elements to determine what drives higher engagement and conversions.Adapt creative assets based on platform-specific best practices, ensuring that visuals are optimised for engagement and conversion across Meta, Google, YouTube, and organic channels.Brand Consistency & Aesthetic Development:Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling.Collaborate with the Content Strategist and Social Media Coordinator to adapt long-form content into engaging, digestible visuals.Ensure all assets meet accessibility, readability, and UX best practices.Video & Motion Graphics:Edit video content for YouTube, social media, and paid ads.Develop short-form animations to improve engagement on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.Assist in the creation of onboarding videos, explainer content, and customer guides.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:Work with the Paid Media Strategist to test and optimise ad creatives for better performance.Partner with the Social Media Coordinator to adapt static and motion assets for trending formats.Align with the Content Strategist to ensure SEO and blog visuals enhance readability and engagement.Work closely with the Content Strategist and Paid Media Strategist to test and iterate on ad creatives, content formats, and visual elements that improve engagement and conversion rates across both paid and organic channels.Testing & Performance Optimisation:Track creative performance on paid and organic channels, iterating on design based on insights.Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives to determine which visuals drive higher conversions.Stay up to date on design trends, ad formats, and emerging best practices.Experience Required:To be successful in this role, you will have:5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital media, and branding, preferably within marketing or advertising teams.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or similar design tools.Proven ability to design for performance marketing, including ad creatives, landing pages, email visuals, and social media graphics.Experience optimising design elements for engagement and conversion, with an understanding of direct response marketing principles.Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work, particularly in digital advertising, web design, and brand identity.Understanding of design best practices for different digital platforms, including social media, display advertising, and web UX/UI.Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, content, and paid media teams to develop creative assets that drive results.Excellent time management and project organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (preferred but not essential).As the ideal role for you, you'll have a track record of producing high-impact creative work that drives measurable engagement and conversion and a deep understanding of how design influences marketing performance.Please email with your CV and portfolio.
