Position: Digital Marketing Manager The purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of digital marketing strategies across Amplifon, Bay and Attune business units, in order to grow lead-generation, brand awareness and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.Work closely with IT and Call Centre teams to deliver a seamless and optimal lead conversion journey. Main Responsibilities: Development and delivery of digital marketing strategies: Take a customer centric, data driven approach and leverage technology to develop and deliver strategies that drive competitive advantages. Grow lead generation strategies by optimising high performing campaigns through frequent creative refreshes and testing of new campaigns. Develop personalised new digital customer journeys for improved conversion. Enhance the existing customer journey to deliver a superior experience. Partner with corporate and local teams, media, creative, and SEO agencies to optimise media efficiencies. Build relationships with Amplifon corporate & global digital marketing community and leverage best practice. Digital Owned Media: Forecast investment and KPI delivery to meet business requirement for leads resulting in booked appointments. Deliver growth in digital lead generation and meet KPI's across all digital owned channels. Measure and report on digital KPI's throughout the sales journey. Continually optimise digital lead generation and ROI. Identify and develop new digital channels to test for lead generation. Support brand objectives and integrate content for consistent messaging in market. Digital Paid Leads: Forecast investment and KPI delivery to meet business requirement for leads. Supplier management and lead data management. Work closely with Call Center Managers and Outsourcer to optimise leads conversion journey. Measure and report on KPI's throughout the sales journey. Work with suppliers to continually optimize leads and ROI. Website Management: Ensure all content is relevant, on brand, compliant and up to date. Website optimisation. Targeting, testing and developing personalised UX to increase conversion rates. Grow SEO traffic and conversions. Ensure websites are secure and functioning correctly. Develop Attune on-line Medical presence to further engage with the medical community. Budget Management: Manage budget allocation for optimal returns and review for improved ROI. Reporting and Analytics: Deliver reporting on digital performance and continuously measure performance. Measure and analyse lead performance throughout the funnel to understand ROI's. Support development of digital reporting throughout the sales process. Deliver Key Projects: Projects can include new channel testing, content creation, customer journey development, systems, platform and technology developments. Education and Experience: 7+ years' experience in digital marketing. Degree Qualification. Excellent knowledge of owned and paid digital marketing channels. Experience with digital segmentation, targeting, testing and optimisation tools. Familiar with analytics, brand-safety tools, tracking and attribution, reporting tools. Strong experience in digital media, creative and SEO agency management. Strong experience in Paid Leads supplier management. General knowledge of digital media landscape, technologies, and trends. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. High sense of initiative and personal accountability. Able to move easily between thinking strategically and driving implementation. Detail oriented, data driven decision maker. Strong communication skills. Build strong relationships and experienced in stakeholder management. Able to regularly work outside standard business hours with colleagues in different time zones.
