You'll set the strategic direction over the medium to long term for sectorwide leadership and talent initiatives; and the management of the Senior Executive Service (SES) cohort. You'll lead work in recruitment, management and remuneration of senior public sector executive positions including chief executive officers. With the position having both a strategic and operational focus, you'll be adept at leading and managing teams in both spheres. You'll have a background or qualification in organisational psychology, leadership, organisational development or human resource management.
