Contracts Administrator – Fit Out
The Company
* You’ll be working for a reputable mid-tier fit out contractor
* Commercial D&C contractor, D&C experience will be advantageous
* Impressive portfolio of clients including Uber, Miele, Bet 365
* Commercial fit out projects up to $15m

The Position – Contract Administrator
* Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and procurement schedules
* Preparation of head contract progress claims
* Submission and evaluation of variations
* Managing both upstream and downstream with a focus on managing downstream
* Head contract administration
* Prepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction Manager
* Administer RFIs to clients and consultants
* Assisting Project Manager with daily operations
* Maintaining project document control
* Build relationships and negotiate with suppliers
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator with a similar contractor / projects is beneficial
* We really need someone experienced to hit the ground running
* Will work directly with the Senior PM
* Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Australian working rights
Salary circa $110 - 140k + super DOE
