Apply now Job no: 502441 Work type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Brisbane Categories: Logistics/Procurement Based at our Heathwood siteGrowth and development opportunityYour Impact In this role no two days will look the same, as you take the lead ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, and on-time, resolving unexpected challenges to deliver positive outcomes for our network of customers.From liaising with our logistics team, customers and third-party providers, this is a dynamic role that will allow you to develop and grow.Key Responsibilities Administration support including following up internal and external logistics complaints, coordinating special customer deliveries and managing requests from the Central Customer Delivery teamGenerating purchase requests, goods receipt vendor invoices and reconciliation workEnsuring all SAP order, delivery and shipment transactions are correct and on timeAnalysis and review of internal transport reportsAbout You You'll have experience in a transport, planning or customer support/administrative role and a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes. With that in hand, you'll also need to be a true team player with excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships.Experience using SAP or SAP WMS as well as MS Office (particularly Excel)Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detailAn understanding of warehouse operations activities and project work is also desirable but not essentialA certificate IV in logistics or other related business discipline is preferred but not essentialWhy Asahi?
