This role involves the administration and coordination of health assessment services.
Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support for a broad range of health and personnel servicesScheduling assessments and ensuring all relevant information is provided to facilitate attendanceMonitoring compliance with scheduled appointments and rescheduling as necessaryMaintaining accurate and secure records according to agreed proceduresUpdating computer systems to ensure all information remains secure and confidentialMonitoring and managing payments to providers, including maintaining financial recordsAbout You: Strong background in customer service and administration, with a friendly and professional demeanourAbility to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesExperience with complex regulatory environments, ensuring timely processing of health assessments and meeting set time constraintsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams (experience with SAP is highly desirable)Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), data entry experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamTo Apply: Applicants must have full Australian working rights and be willing to undergo a National Police Check if successful.
