Across our 29 dealerships along the eastern seaboard, we represent 36 of the top car brands in Australia, covering each of the volume, premium, luxury and commercial vehicle categories.We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic People & Culture Coordinator to join our team!We have a permanent HR opportunity for a qualified or newly qualified HR professional to provide support to our dealerships throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.The RoleThis role will report to the Chief People Officer, and will be accountable for:Drafting documentation such as employment contracts, promotion letters, and other related materials.Leading an engaging onboarding process that makes new hires welcomed and connected from day one.Coordinating the end-to-end HR administration and employee files.Managing the P&C inbox, ensuring team member queries are resolved efficiently by offering clear advice and effective solutions.Providing support to employees with first level HR queries, escalating more complex issues to the relevant team member.Assisting the team in effectively using and improving our Autopact Employee Hub, Elmo HRIS, making HR processes easy and efficient for everyone.Coordinating and supporting strategic projects, including progress tracking, meeting facilitation, and reporting on key priorities.The IndividualTo be successful in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a fun and supportive People and Culture team.
