Equipped with advanced technology, the site is designed for efficient and sustainable production, ensuring consistent supply while maintaining a strong focus on safety and environmental care. The operation plays a critical role in supporting the construction industry's growth in the region.What you will be doing:As the Maintenance Supervisor reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of maintenance activities for both fixed and mobile assets at the site. Your primary focus will be on optimising equipment performance while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental standards, and companies OH&S and Quality Standards, all within budgetary constraints.Key Responsibilities:Maintenance Planning & Scheduling: Develop and implement maintenance schedules.Budget Management: Monitor and control the site's repair and maintenance (R&M) budget.Preventative Maintenance: Execute planned and preventative maintenance activities.Process Improvement: Review current practices and introduce improvements.Minimising Downtime: Maximise equipment availability and efficiency, reducing production delays.Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with the Quarry Manager to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual standards.Team Leadership: Manage and supervise a team of maintenance employees and contractors.Safety Oversight: Ensure work permits are issued and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) are developed for all tasks.Documentation: Maintain detailed records, processes, and procedures for all plant and equipment maintenance.Quality Assurance: Evaluate and uphold the quality of work performed by site maintenance personnel.What you will needProven experience in maintenance supervision and planning.Demonstrated ability to manage teams and ensure health and safety compliance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Relevant trade qualifications in an engineering or maintenance-related field (highly desirable).Certificate IV in surface extraction (desirable, not essential).Whats in it for you?Opportunity to progress within the company and gain further qualifications.Access to various support networks, including the company Employee Assistance Program.Embark on a dynamic career with a leading national construction industry player, offering authentic pathways for career growth and development.Join a collaborative team environment within an organization dedicated to employee safety and delivering impeccable work quality for their valued customers.Apply NowClick on the Apply button or for more information please contact:0476 010 2317271J202516118About WorkPacWorkPac is Australia’s largest privately owned workforce solutions business.
